Hmm! I guess if it's some kind of behavior you see a lot and the others don't agree with you, they may have a valid point that it's not as common as you may think!

theres a big difference between "noone says that" and "that isnt very common" like how common something is doesnt really affect how valid it is to complain about, like "ah man my hello kitty toaster oven is broken" isnt a very common complaint but its still totally valid to complain about, imagine if someone said "well MY hello kitty toaster oven isnt broken, i dont even OWN a hello kitty toaster oven. youre just looking for things to complain about."
basically this five minute scribbly comic is just saying its a dick move to claim something never happens just because you yourself haven't experienced it, and it invalidates that person's complaint. and man ppl deserve to complain about shit its like good for ur mental health to vent abt stuff to other human beans lol

Well, I personally can stand very little complaining, but that's beside the point. I understand the need to vent, however. The thing here that's actually different from your toaster example is that the person is complaining about behavior that's supposed to be commonplace among other people - surely your target audience has seen a lot of people as well. Their experience of not having seen people act annoyingly makes them doubtful of your experience and it is, after all, just as valid as your personal experience and they may think that you're exaggerating.

the thing is they aren't going "i've never seen that are you sure you aren't exaggerating?" theyre saying "that never happens." as if they've witnessed every conversation in the world and met every human being.  like, huuge difference lmao
